Az-Zalzalah gives the earth a voice: it is shaken, it throws out its burdens, and then it reports what happened on it. The surah ends on the smallest unit of accounting in the Qur'an — an atom's weight, either way.

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ إِذَا زُلْزِلَتِ ٱلْأَرْضُ زِلْزَالَهَا…بِأَنَّ رَبَّكَ أَوْحَىٰ لَهَا
Shaken with its quake, its burdens thrown out, man asking what is wrong with it — and it reports, because its Lord inspired it.
Study days 1-2
يَوْمَئِذٍۢ يَصْدُرُ ٱلنَّاسُ أَشْتَاتًۭا لِّيُرَوْا۟ أَعْمَٰلَهُمْ…وَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍۢ شَرًّۭا يَرَهُۥ
People come out in scattered groups to be shown their deeds — and whoever does an atom's weight of good or evil will see it.
Study days 2-3
The earth reports 'because your Lord inspired it' — the record is not kept by the people who were there.
