At-Tariq is seventeen verses that make one argument twice: the One who made you from a spilled drop can bring you back, and the proof offered is the splitting earth that no seed opens by itself.

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ وَٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلطَّارِقِ…فَمَا لَهُۥ مِن قُوَّةٍۢ وَلَا نَاصِرٍۢ
An oath by the piercing star, the keeper set over every soul, and the drop man was made from.

وَٱلسَّمَآءِ ذَاتِ ٱلرَّجْعِ…فَمَهِّلِ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ أَمْهِلْهُمْ رُوَيْدًۢا
Oaths by the returning sky and the splitting earth; the Qur'an is no amusement, and the disbelievers are given time.
Study days 4-6
'Every soul has a keeper over it' is stated as a fact before any command is given — the surah establishes that you are watched before it asks anything of you.
