Ash-Shura names the community by how it decides: their affair is consultation among them. Around that sit the law that was legislated to every prophet, the ways revelation comes, and the reward for those who forgive.
At this pace the whole surah takes 18 study days.
Study days are days you actually sit down to memorise — miss one and the plan simply moves with you.
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ حمٓ…دَاحِضَةٌ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ وَعَلَيْهِمْ غَضَبٌۭ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌۭ شَدِيدٌ
What Nuh was enjoined and what was revealed to you; establish the religion and do not divide over it — and the balance sent down.
Study days 1-6
ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنزَلَ ٱلْكِتَٰبَ بِٱلْحَقِّ وَٱلْمِيزَانَ ۗ وَمَا يُدْرِيكَ…ٱلَّذِينَ يُجَٰدِلُونَ فِىٓ ءَايَٰتِنَا مَا لَهُم مِّن مَّحِيصٍۢ
Whoever wants the harvest of the hereafter is increased in it; those who answer their Lord, establish prayer, consult among themselves and spend.
Study days 6-12
فَمَآ أُوتِيتُم مِّن شَىْءٍۢ فَمَتَٰعُ ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا ۖ وَمَا…وَلَمَن صَبَرَ وَغَفَرَ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ لَمِنْ عَزْمِ ٱلْأُمُورِ
The recompense of a wrong is a wrong like it, but whoever pardons and reconciles — his reward is with Allah.
Study days 12-15
وَمَن يُضْلِلِ ٱللَّهُ فَمَا لَهُۥ مِن وَلِىٍّۢ مِّنۢ…وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۗ أَلَآ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ تَصِيرُ ٱلْأُمُورُ
By inspiration, from behind a veil, or by sending a messenger — and you did not know what the Book was before it came.
Study days 15-18
Consultation is listed among prayer and spending as one of the marks of the believers, not as a political mechanism bolted on afterwards.
