As-Sajdah was recited by the Prophet every Friday at dawn, alongside Al-Insan. Thirty verses on where you came from, where you are going, and the people whose sides part from their beds at night.
At this pace the whole surah takes 10 study days.
Study days are days you actually sit down to memorise — miss one and the plan simply moves with you.
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ الٓمٓ…ٱلْمَوْتِ ٱلَّذِى وُكِّلَ بِكُمْ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمْ تُرْجَعُونَ
Six days and then the Throne; the beginning of man from clay and then a despised fluid; and the angel of death entrusted with you.
Study days 1-4
وَلَوْ تَرَىٰٓ إِذِ ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ نَاكِسُوا۟ رُءُوسِهِمْ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ…رَبِّهِۦ ثُمَّ أَعْرَضَ عَنْهَآ ۚ إِنَّا مِنَ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ مُنتَقِمُونَ
The criminals with lowered heads asking to be returned; those who prostrate when reminded, calling on their Lord in fear and hope.
Study days 4-8
وَلَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَا مُوسَى ٱلْكِتَٰبَ فَلَا تَكُن فِى مِرْيَةٍۢ…فَأَعْرِضْ عَنْهُمْ وَٱنتَظِرْ إِنَّهُم مُّنتَظِرُونَ
Leaders who guided by patience and certainty; the barren land revived by water they see with their own eyes; and the day of decision.
Study days 8-10
The reward promised to those who pray at night is described as something 'no soul knows' — the surah deliberately refuses to specify it.
