As-Saffat opens on ranks of angels and closes on the peace given to every messenger by name. Between them is the conversation in Paradise between a man and the companion who used to mock him, and the sacrifice Ibrahim was asked for.
At this pace the whole surah takes 61 study days.
Study days are days you actually sit down to memorise — miss one and the plan simply moves with you.
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ وَٱلصَّٰٓفَّٰتِ صَفًّۭا…إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْمُخْلَصِينَ
The heaven guarded from every rebellious devil; the denial of resurrection; and the man in Paradise who looks down and finds his old companion.
Study days 1-25
وَلَقَدْ نَادَىٰنَا نُوحٌۭ فَلَنِعْمَ ٱلْمُجِيبُونَ…وَعَلَىٰٓ إِسْحَٰقَ ۚ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِهِمَا مُحْسِنٌۭ وَظَالِمٌۭ لِّنَفْسِهِۦ مُبِينٌۭ
The stars looked at, the idols broken, the fire; the dream of the sacrifice, the son's answer, and the great ransom.
Study days 25-38
وَلَقَدْ مَنَنَّا عَلَىٰ مُوسَىٰ وَهَٰرُونَ…فَـَٔامَنُوا۟ فَمَتَّعْنَٰهُمْ إِلَىٰ حِينٍۢ
Each rescued from distress; the fish, the barren shore, the gourd plant, and the town of a hundred thousand or more that believed.
Study days 38-50
فَٱسْتَفْتِهِمْ أَلِرَبِّكَ ٱلْبَنَاتُ وَلَهُمُ ٱلْبَنُونَ…وَٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
The claim that Allah has daughters answered; the angels who each have a known station — and peace upon the messengers.
Study days 50-61
The order to sacrifice was shown in a dream and reported to the son, who answered before he was asked — the surah records the boy's consent, not just the father's obedience.
