Ar-Ra'd is built on contrasts that can be checked: two pieces of land watered by the same rain that yield differently, foam that vanishes and metal that stays, and the thunder itself glorifying while people argue about Allah.
At this pace the whole surah takes 15 study days.

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ الٓمٓر ۚ تِلْكَ ءَايَٰتُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ…أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ لَهُمْ سُوٓءُ ٱلْحِسَابِ وَمَأْوَىٰهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ ۖ وَبِئْسَ ٱلْمِهَادُ
The heavens raised without visible pillars; neighbouring plots watered alike and made different; guards before and behind — and the parable of the foam.
Study days 1-6
أَفَمَن يَعْلَمُ أَنَّمَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيْكَ مِن رَّبِّكَ ٱلْحَقُّ…يَأْتِىَ وَعْدُ ٱللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُخْلِفُ ٱلْمِيعَادَ
Fulfilling the covenant, joining what Allah ordered to be joined, patient in seeking His face — and: hearts find rest in the remembrance of Allah.
Study days 7-11
وَلَقَدِ ٱسْتُهْزِئَ بِرُسُلٍۢ مِّن قَبْلِكَ فَأَمْلَيْتُ لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟…بِٱللَّهِ شَهِيدًۢا بَيْنِى وَبَيْنَكُمْ وَمَنْ عِندَهُۥ عِلْمُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ
The parable of the garden promised to the God-fearing; the plotting that Allah answers with His own; and the Mother of the Book with Him.
Study days 11-15
The sentence that Allah does not change a people's condition until they change what is in themselves sits in this surah, among the verses about what actually endures.
