Al-Qadr is five verses about one night, and it says three things: the Qur'an came down in it, it is worth more than eighty-three years, and the angels descend until dawn. Nothing in it is a command — it is entirely description.
At this pace the whole surah takes 2 study days.

بِّسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ إِنَّآ أَنزَلْنَٰهُ فِى لَيْلَةِ…لَيْلَةُ ٱلْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌۭ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍۢ
Sent down in the Night of Decree — and what will make you know what it is? Better than a thousand months.
Study days 1-1
تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ…سَلَٰمٌ هِىَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ ٱلْفَجْرِ
The angels and the Spirit descending by their Lord's permission for every matter — peace, until the dawn appears.
Study days 2-2
The surah never names the date, which is why the night is sought across ten and not marked on a calendar.
