Al-Ma'arij answers a man who mockingly asked for the punishment to come, describes a day whose measure is fifty thousand years, and then lists eleven qualities that separate the man who prays from the man who panics.
At this pace the whole surah takes 15 study days.
Study days are days you actually sit down to memorise — miss one and the plan simply moves with you.
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ سَأَلَ سَآئِلٌۢ بِعَذَابٍۢ وَاقِعٍۢ…وَجَمَعَ فَأَوْعَىٰٓ
The one who asked for it, the ascending ways, the sky like molten metal, and a friend who will not ask about a friend.
Study days 1-6
إِنَّ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ خُلِقَ هَلُوعًا…أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ فِى جَنَّٰتٍۢ مُّكْرَمُونَ
Panicking at evil and withholding at good — except those who pray: eleven qualities, opening and closing with prayer.
Study days 7-12
فَمَالِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ قِبَلَكَ مُهْطِعِينَ…أَبْصَٰرُهُمْ تَرْهَقُهُمْ ذِلَّةٌۭ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْيَوْمُ ٱلَّذِى كَانُوا۟ يُوعَدُونَ
The disbelievers hurrying to look on, the promise that a better people could replace them, and the day they come out of the graves as if racing to a goal.
Study days 12-15
The description of man as anxious — panicking at hardship, withholding at ease — is the diagnosis, and the eleven qualities that follow are all treatments for it.
