Al-Furqan answers everything the Makkans said about the Prophet — he eats food, he walks in markets, an angel should have come — and then, having spent sixty verses on the accusations, describes the servants of the Most Merciful in fourteen.
At this pace the whole surah takes 26 study days.
Study days are days you actually sit down to memorise — miss one and the plan simply moves with you.
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ تَبَارَكَ ٱلَّذِى نَزَّلَ ٱلْفُرْقَانَ…وَجَعَلْنَا بَعْضَكُمْ لِبَعْضٍۢ فِتْنَةً أَتَصْبِرُونَ ۗ وَكَانَ رَبُّكَ بَصِيرًۭا
He eats food and walks in markets; the demand for a treasure or an angel — and messengers before him were the same.
Study days 1-7
وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَرْجُونَ لِقَآءَنَا لَوْلَآ أُنزِلَ عَلَيْنَا…إِنْ هُمْ إِلَّا كَٱلْأَنْعَٰمِ ۖ بَلْ هُمْ أَضَلُّ سَبِيلًا
The regret of the man who took a friend instead of the path, the Qur'an abandoned — and the one who took his desire as his god.
Study days 7-15
أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ كَيْفَ مَدَّ ٱلظِّلَّ وَلَوْ…خِلْفَةًۭ لِّمَنْ أَرَادَ أَن يَذَّكَّرَ أَوْ أَرَادَ شُكُورًۭا
The shadow drawn in, night as a garment, the winds, pure water sent down, the two seas, and the constellations.
Study days 15-21
وَعِبَادُ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلَّذِينَ يَمْشُونَ عَلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ هَوْنًۭا وَإِذَا…رَبِّى لَوْلَا دُعَآؤُكُمْ ۖ فَقَدْ كَذَّبْتُمْ فَسَوْفَ يَكُونُ لِزَامًۢا
Walking humbly, spending between excess and stinginess, spending the night in prostration — and asking for coolness of the eyes from their families.
Study days 21-26
The answer to the objections is not another argument but a portrait: this is what the people who accepted it are actually like.
