Al-Falaq is the first of the two surahs of refuge, and it names four harms in order: created things in general, then the night, then those who blow on knots, then the envier. It moves from the general to the personal.
At this pace the whole surah takes 2 study days.
Study days are days you actually sit down to memorise — miss one and the plan simply moves with you.
Refuge with the Lord of daybreak: from the evil of what He created, and from darkness when it settles.
Study days 1-1
From those who blow on knots, and from an envier when he envies.
Study days 2-2
Envy is placed last and given a whole verse, which is the surah's judgement on how much damage a look can do.
A short walk through all 2 sections of this surah, in the order you will memorise them.
