Al-A'la is the surah the Prophet used to recite in the Eid and Friday prayers, and it moves from glorifying the Most High, to the promise that he will not forget what is recited to him, to the reminder that the hereafter is better and lasting.
At this pace the whole surah takes 7 study days.

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ سَبِّحِ ٱسْمَ رَبِّكَ ٱلْأَعْلَى…ثُمَّ لَا يَمُوتُ فِيهَا وَلَا يَحْيَىٰ
Creation proportioned, the pasture brought out and darkened, the promise of recitation, and who takes the reminder.
Study days 1-5
قَدْ أَفْلَحَ مَن تَزَكَّىٰ…صُحُفِ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ وَمُوسَىٰ
Prayer and remembrance against the preference for this life, and the scrolls of Ibrahim and Musa.
Study days 5-7
It ends by naming the scrolls of Ibrahim and Musa, which is the Qur'an's way of saying this message is not new — only the last of it.
