Al-Ahzab is the surah of the siege of Madinah and of the Prophet's own household: the trench, the wind that scattered an army, the abolition of adoption as a legal fiction, and the etiquette of entering his house.
At this pace the whole surah takes 25 study days.
Study days are days you actually sit down to memorise — miss one and the plan simply moves with you.
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِىُّ ٱتَّقِ ٱللَّهَ…لِّيَسْـَٔلَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ عَن صِدْقِهِمْ ۚ وَأَعَدَّ لِلْكَٰفِرِينَ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًۭا
Call them by their fathers' names; the Prophet is closer to the believers than their own selves; and the covenant taken from the prophets.
Study days 1-3
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱذْكُرُوا۟ نِعْمَةَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذْ…لَّمْ تَطَـُٔوهَا ۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ قَدِيرًۭا
A wind and armies you did not see, eyes turning aside and hearts reaching throats — and the good example in the Messenger of Allah.
Study days 3-9
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِىُّ قُل لِّأَزْوَٰجِكَ إِن كُنتُنَّ تُرِدْنَ ٱلْحَيَوٰةَ…ٱللَّهِ وَخَاتَمَ ٱلنَّبِيِّۦنَ ۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمًۭا
His wives given a choice between this world and Allah and His Messenger; the marriage that ended the adoption fiction; and: he is the Seal of the Prophets.
Study days 10-14
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱذْكُرُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ ذِكْرًۭا كَثِيرًۭا…مَلَكَتْ يَمِينُكَ ۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ رَّقِيبًۭا
Morning and evening; the divorce before consummation with no waiting period; and the rulings particular to the Prophet.
Study days 14-18
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا تَدْخُلُوا۟ بُيُوتَ ٱلنَّبِىِّ إِلَّآ…ٱللَّهُ عَلَى ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ ۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورًۭا رَّحِيمًۢا
Do not enter without permission or stay talking; the outer garment; the prayer upon the Prophet; and the trust the mountains declined.
Study days 18-25
It ends with the trust that the heavens, the earth and the mountains refused to carry, and man took on — placed immediately after seventy verses of things people got wrong.
