Al-Ahqaf holds the verse most quoted about parents — thirty months of carrying and weaning, and the prayer of a man reaching forty — and the story of 'Ad, who saw a cloud coming and thought it was rain.
At this pace the whole surah takes 12 study days.

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ حمٓ…أَصْحَٰبُ ٱلْجَنَّةِ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا جَزَآءًۢ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ
The challenge to produce evidence; the one who says 'uff' to his parents; and the thirty months, and the prayer at forty.
Study days 1-5
وَوَصَّيْنَا ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ بِوَٰلِدَيْهِ إِحْسَٰنًا ۖ حَمَلَتْهُ أُمُّهُۥ كُرْهًۭا وَوَضَعَتْهُ…بَلْ ضَلُّوا۟ عَنْهُمْ ۚ وَذَٰلِكَ إِفْكُهُمْ وَمَا كَانُوا۟ يَفْتَرُونَ
Warning his people among the sand dunes; the cloud they thought was rain; and: it is a wind carrying a painful punishment.
Study days 5-10
وَإِذْ صَرَفْنَآ إِلَيْكَ نَفَرًۭا مِّنَ ٱلْجِنِّ يَسْتَمِعُونَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ…مِّن نَّهَارٍۭ ۚ بَلَٰغٌۭ ۚ فَهَلْ يُهْلَكُ إِلَّا ٱلْقَوْمُ ٱلْفَٰسِقُونَ
They heard a Book sent down after Musa, went back as warners — and: be patient as the messengers of firm resolve were patient.
Study days 10-12
The jinn who heard the Qur'an here went back to their people saying they had heard a Book revealed after Musa, which is the surah's quiet argument for its own continuity.
