Shaykh Hammam ibn Qutb ibn Abd al-Hadi al-Zahir, an Egyptian teacher of the ten readings. His students included Shaykh Abd al-Fattah ibn Abd al-Ghani al-Qadi, who took the ten readings from him with a licence; Amir al-Sayyid Uthman is also reported to have studied with him.
