Al-Talib Ahmad ibn Muhammad Rar al-Tinwajiwi was a Mauritanian scholar of the Tinwajiw tribe and a well-known link in the Shinqiti chain of Qur'an readings. He took the readings from Sidi Muhammad ibn Abdallah ibn Baba, a student of Imam al-Tinwajiwi.
