A walkthrough for an academy manager who needs to review and manage the students in their academy: opening the Academy Students page, reviewing student status badges and contact information, scheduling lessons or viewing lesson history, and using the More menu to send a message, send an invoice, edit student details, or archive a student.
Sign in to kuttab.com as an academy manager and open the Academy Students page from the academy navigation. The page lists all enrolled students in your academy. Use the Active and Archived tabs to switch between current and removed students, and the search bar to filter by name.
Each student card shows the student name and any status badges — for example a New badge for recently added students or an invoice overdue warning. Click the info icon to see full contact details and guardian information. The card also shows direct links to the student lessons and invoices that you can copy and share.
The primary action button on each student card lets you schedule a new lesson for that student. Clicking it opens the teacher selection panel so you can pick a teacher from your academy and set a time slot. If scheduling is not available the button shows Show Student Lessons, which opens the full lesson history for that student.
Click the More button on a student card to open the action menu. Send Message opens a direct chat with the student or their guardian. Send Invoice creates and sends a payment invoice. Lessons Log shows a detailed log of all lessons for this student. Edit Student opens the registration form so you can update their details. Archive removes the student from the active list — they move to the Archived tab and can be unarchived at any time.
