A walkthrough for an academy manager who needs to update the Languages tab of their Academy Settings: selecting the teaching subjects the academy covers (Quranic Sciences, Arabic Language, Islamic Studies), choosing the languages spoken by the manager, setting proficiency levels, and saving the changes.
Sign in to kuttab.com as an academy manager and open Academy Settings. Click the Languages tab in the settings navigation. The tab loads two panels: the teaching subjects your academy covers on the left, and the languages spoken by the manager on the right.
The left panel lists all available subjects grouped by category: Quranic Sciences, Arabic Language, and Islamic Studies. Expand a category by clicking its header and tick the subjects your academy teaches. Selected subjects appear on your academy public profile and help students find you through search.
The right panel lets you add the languages spoken by the academy manager. Use the search box to find a language and click it to add it to your list. For each added language select your proficiency level — Beginner, Intermediate, or Fluent — from the dropdown next to the language name.
When your teaching subjects and spoken languages are set, click Save to apply the changes. Your academy public profile and search listing will reflect the updated subjects and languages immediately. You can return to this tab at any time to add or remove subjects as your academy grows.
