Welcome to Kuttab.com. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of our platform, services, and associated websites. By accessing or using Kuttab.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
1. Overview
Kuttab.com is an educational platform that connects students and teachers for live, online learning. We facilitate class scheduling, secure payments, and tutor-student interaction but are not a party to direct agreements between users.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Kuttab.com may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
3. Tutor Compensation and Payment Terms
- For classes booked before November 1, 2026, Kuttab.com pays tutors 90% of the class fee, minus applicable withdrawal or currency conversion fees.
- For classes booked on or after November 1, 2026, Kuttab.com pays tutors 50% of the fee for the first lesson between a student and a tutor, and 85% of the fee for every later lesson with the same student and for group classes, packages and courses, minus applicable withdrawal or currency conversion fees.
- If a student's first lesson with a tutor is cancelled or refunded, the student's next lesson with that tutor counts as the first lesson.
- Card processing fees are paid by the student at checkout.
- We do not charge tutors for free classes or for classes paid directly by students.
- Funds are held in your wallet until withdrawn using the available options.
4. Refunds and Class Expiration
- Classes may be canceled and refunded within 30 days. After that, a 50% refund applies.
- Unused classes expire 6 months after purchase with no refund.
- Students may reassign credits to a different teacher before expiration.
5. Electronic Communications
By using our service, you consent to receive communications electronically, such as emails or notices posted on the site, satisfying any legal communication requirements.
6. User Content and Submissions
You retain ownership of materials submitted to Kuttab.com. However, you grant us a license to use your submissions for platform operation (e.g., display, translation, or distribution) without compensation.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, abusive, or disruptive purposes. This includes but is not limited to:
- Impersonating others or submitting false information
- Uploading harmful or copyrighted content without authorization
- Harassing, stalking, or violating others' legal rights
8. Data Deletion Requests
To request deletion of your data, email [email protected]. Your data will be permanently removed as required by applicable privacy laws.
9. Links and Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for external sites or services linked from Kuttab.com. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their terms and policies.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on Kuttab.com is the property of Kuttab.com or its licensors. You may not reproduce or exploit content without express permission.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any reason, including violations of these Terms or local regulations. You may discontinue use at any time.
12. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration per the Federal Arbitration Act. You waive the right to class actions and agree to resolve disputes individually.
13. International Use
Users outside the U.S. must comply with local laws. Content access and service use are subject to applicable jurisdictional regulations.
14. Modifications
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms. We encourage users to review this page regularly.
15. الإجازات (إجازات قراءة القرآن الكريم)
يحتفظ كُتّاب بسجلٍّ لإجازات قراءة القرآن الكريم. ينطبق هذا البند على إرسال إجازةٍ إلى السجل، والإبلاغ عن خطأ فيها، وتأكيدها ممّن أجاز بها.
- ما يسجّله السجل. إجازات قراءة القرآن الكريم وحدها. ولا يسجّل إجازات المتون والمنظومات (كالتحفة والجزرية)، ولا الشهادات الجامعية، ولا شهادات الدورات.
- مَن يرسلها. أيّ أحد، بحسابٍ أو بدونه، ولو كانت الإجازة لغيره. وتُسجَّل بالأسماء المكتوبة فيها — مَن أجاز أولًا، ثم مَن أُجيز — ولا تُسجَّل أبدًا باسم مَن أرسلها.
- الحدّ اليومي. ثلاث إجازات في اليوم لكل حساب، أو لكل عنوان إنترنت لمن يرسل بلا حساب.
- ما يتعهّد به مَن يرسلها ويأذن فيه. بإرسال الإجازة يتعهّد مَن أرسلها بأن الملف نسخةٌ صحيحة من إجازةٍ حقيقية لم يُغيَّر فيها شيء، ويأذن لكُتّاب في حفظ الملف وقراءته ونشر ما كُتب فيه على النحو المبيَّن في هذا البند (إضافةً إلى البند 6).
- رمزٌ فوري. تحصل كل إجازة على رمزٍ دائم ورمز QR فور إرسالها. وإلى أن تُقرأ وتُسجَّل، تعرض صفحتها «استُلمت — قيد القراءة» ولا تُظهر أي اسم.
- كيف تُقرأ. يقرأ كُتّاب كلَّ إجازةٍ مستعينًا بمساعدٍ من الذكاء الاصطناعي (Claude من شركة Anthropic) يقرأ صورتها. وإذا اكتمل السند فقد تُسجَّل الإجازة قبل أن يطابقها شخصٌ من كُتّاب على الإجازة نفسها، وتُظهر صفحتها «روجعت» بعد أن يراجعها.
- ما يُنشر. تعرض صفحة الإجازة المسجَّلة الأسماءَ والسندَ وما كُتب فيها من تفاصيل. ولا تُعرض صورة الإجازة نفسها إلا بإذن مَن أُجيز بها.
- الأسماء. ننشر اسم مَن أُجيز كاملًا كما كُتب في الإجازة، إلا إذا طلب أن نُظهر اسمه الأول فقط. ويكون الطلب عبر «الإبلاغ عن خطأ» في صفحة الإجازة، ويمكن لمَن أرسل الإجازة أيضًا أن يطلبه عبر «اطلب تغييرًا» في «إجازاتي». أمّا أسماء مَن أجاز ومَن في السند فتُنشر دائمًا كما كُتبت.
- تسجيلٌ لا تزكية. يسجّل كُتّاب ما تذكره الإجازة دون أن يوثّقها؛ فالتسجيل لا يُثبت صحّتها، ولا يعني أن كُتّاب يزكّي الإجازة أو مَن أجاز أو مَن أُجيز. ويمكن لمَن أجاز أن يؤكّدها من حسابه في كُتّاب بعد ربط الحساب باسمه في السجل، فتُظهر الصفحة هذا التأكيد.
- التعديل والبلاغات. لا يستطيع مَن أرسل الإجازة حذفها. ومن «إجازاتي» في لوحة التحكم يمكنه أن يطلب من كُتّاب حذفها من السجل، أو إخفاء صفحتها، أو إخفاء بعض تفاصيلها، أو تصحيح شيءٍ فيها. ويستطيع أي أحد، بلا حساب، «الإبلاغ عن خطأ» من صفحة الإجازة، ولكل مَن ورد اسمه في إجازةٍ أن يراسلنا على [email protected]. ويقرأ شخصٌ من كُتّاب كل طلبٍ ويقرّر.
- قرار كُتّاب. لكُتّاب أن يعلّق أي سجلٍّ أو يرفضه أو يحذفه في أي وقت، كأن تنقص صفحاتٌ منه، أو لا يكون إجازةً في قراءة القرآن الكريم، أو يُظهر بلاغٌ أنه غير صحيح.
- الإجازات في ملفات المعلمين. إذا أرفق المعلم إجازة في قراءة القرآن الكريم بملفه أو بطلب التدريس، فلكُتّاب أن تقرأها وتسجلها في السجل على النحو المبيَّن في هذا القسم دون طلب منفصل. لا تُعرض صورة الإجازة أبدًا، ويُنشر ما كُتب فيها فقط: الأسماء والرواية والسند. وللمعلم أن يطلب أي تعديل من «إجازاتي» أو بالكتابة إلى [email protected].
