Abu al-Hasan Zur'an ibn Ahmad ibn 'Isa al-Daqqaq was a Baghdad Qur'an reader who recited to 'Amr ibn al-Sabbah, the student of Hafs, and was counted among his most precise and reliable students. Hafs's reading reached later readers such as Abu al-Husayn al-Susanjirdi through him. He died around 290 AH.
