A walkthrough of the Manage Courses page for teachers on Kuttab: opening your course list, filtering by keyword or status, reviewing course stats and status badges, previewing a published course, and opening a course to edit its content.
Sign in to your teacher dashboard on Kuttab and select All Courses from the Courses section in the navigation menu. The page automatically loads all the courses you have created. Each course appears as a card showing the title, category, price, lecture count, student count, and current publication status.
Click the Search button at the top right to expand the filter panel. You can narrow the list by course title keyword, category, subcategory, course type, or publication status. Click Search to apply the filters, or Reset to clear them and show all your courses again.
Each course card shows the course thumbnail, title, and category. The stats row displays the price, number of lectures, number of enrolled students, and the average rating. A status badge shows whether the course is a Draft, Submitted for review, or Published. Action buttons on the right let you preview, edit, or deactivate the course.
Click the Preview button on any published course card that has sections and lectures added. This opens the full course preview page exactly as students see it — with the course description, curriculum, and instructor information. Use this view to check your course before students enrol.
From the Manage Courses list, click the Edit button on any course card to open the course editor. The editor is organised into sections — General Info, Media, Intended Learners, Pricing, Curriculum, and Settings. Navigate between sections using the sidebar tabs to update any part of your course.
