A walkthrough for an academy manager who needs to update the Photos and Videos tab of their Academy Settings: uploading or replacing the academy logo, uploading the academy banner image, adding or updating the introduction video link, and saving the changes.
Sign in to kuttab.com as an academy manager and open Academy Settings. Click the Photos and Videos tab in the settings navigation. The tab loads three upload areas: the academy logo, the banner image, and the introduction video link.
The academy logo appears on your public profile card, in search results, and next to your academy name throughout the platform. Click the Add or Edit button under the logo preview to open the image selector. Choose a square image with a clear background for the best display at small sizes. After selecting a file the cropper opens so you can adjust the framing before saving.
The banner image is displayed at the top of your public academy page. Use a wide landscape image that represents your academy — a classroom scene, your logo on a coloured background, or any branded artwork. Click the upload field and select your banner file. If a banner is already set, a thumbnail preview and Download link are shown below the field.
Paste a YouTube embed link into the video field. The introduction video plays automatically on your public academy page and helps prospective students understand your teaching style before enrolling. When the logo, banner, and video link are ready, click Save. Your academy profile updates immediately.
