A walkthrough for an academy manager who needs to update their academy profile: opening the Academy Settings page, editing the academy name, address, country, phone number, and optional registration fee, adding or updating social media links, and saving the changes.
Sign in to kuttab.com as an academy manager. From the academy dashboard navigation, click Academy Settings. The General tab loads automatically and shows your current academy information ready for editing.
The name, address, and country fields are the core of your academy profile. The academy name appears on your public listing page, search results, and all student communications. The address and country are shown to enrolled students and are used to set the correct time zone for scheduling.
Your academy phone number appears on the public profile page so students can contact you. The optional registration fee is displayed on the enrolment screen before a student joins. Enter zero or leave it blank if your academy does not charge a one-time enrolment fee.
Scroll down to the social media fields. Paste your Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok page links so students can find your academy across platforms. When all your edits are complete, click Save. The page confirms the update and your academy profile reflects the new information immediately.
