A walkthrough for a teacher who has received an invitation to join an academy as a member: opening the Manage Academy page to find the pending invitation, reviewing the academy name and manager details, and using the Accept Invitation or Decline Invitation button to respond.
Sign in to kuttab.com as a teacher who has been invited to join an academy. Open the Manage Academy page from the teacher dashboard navigation. The Academies I Have Joined section appears and lists all academies you have been invited to or have already joined.
The invitation row shows the academy name, the name of the manager who sent the invitation, and a Pending Acceptance status badge. Review these details to confirm the academy you are being invited to join before taking any action.
Click Accept Invitation to confirm your membership. The page reloads and your status changes to Active. You are now a teacher member of the academy — the manager can assign you to lessons and classes, and students can book sessions with you through the academy.
If you do not want to join this academy, click Decline Invitation. A confirmation prompt appears before the invitation is removed. After declining, the academy manager receives an email notification and the invitation row is removed from your Manage Academy page. The manager can re-invite you at any time.
