A walkthrough for an academy manager who wants to check their current subscription plan: opening the Billing tab in Academy Settings to see the plan status badge and renewal date, then navigating to the Manage Academy Subscription page to review the full plan comparison grid and available billing actions.
Sign in to kuttab.com as an academy manager and open Academy Settings. Click the Billing tab in the settings navigation. The tab shows a compact billing summary with your current plan status and a link to the full subscription management page.
The billing summary shows a colour-coded badge with your academy plan name — Freemium, Starter, or Professional. If your plan has a billing cycle, the renewal date is shown next to the badge. A Pending badge means your academy setup is not yet complete. For the full plan details and billing actions click Manage Academy Subscription.
Click the Manage Academy Subscription button to open the dedicated billing page. This page shows your current plan highlighted in the comparison grid alongside the other available plans so you can see exactly what is included at each tier.
The subscription section lists all available academy plans side by side. Your active plan is highlighted. Each card shows the monthly price, included features, and an action button to upgrade, downgrade, or switch plans. You can also close your academy or reopen it from this page at any time.
