A detailed walkthrough of the academy creation wizard: entering your academy name, address, country, phone number, and optional registration fee; uploading your academy logo and adding an introduction video link; and writing your academy description before clicking Save and Create to submit for review.
Sign in to kuttab.com with your teacher account. Open the Start Academy page and choose a plan. Because you do not yet have an academy, the platform opens the academy creation wizard. The first tab shows the General settings form where you will enter your academy details.
The General tab collects your academy name, physical address, country, and phone number. The academy name appears on your public listing and in all student communications. Fill in the optional registration fee if your academy charges one. You can also add links to your social pages — Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok — so students can find your academy across platforms.
The Photos and Videos tab lets you upload your academy logo and enter a YouTube link for your introduction video. The logo appears on your academy profile card and in search results. The introduction video plays on your public academy page so prospective students can learn about your teaching approach before enrolling.
The Description tab is the final step in the academy creation wizard. Write a clear description of your academy — what subjects you teach, what age groups or levels you support, and what makes your academy unique. When you are ready, click Save and Create. Your academy is submitted for admin review and goes live once approved.
