A walkthrough of opening the learner lessons dashboard, finding a scheduled lesson with a Reschedule button, opening the teacher's availability calendar in a popup, selecting a new available time slot, and stopping before the reschedule is confirmed.
Open your browser and navigate to kuttab.com, then sign in to your learner account and open the lessons dashboard to see your upcoming scheduled lessons.
Review your upcoming lessons list and find a scheduled lesson that shows the Reschedule button. This button appears when the teacher allows rescheduling before a minimum notice period.
Click the Reschedule button to open the teacher's weekly availability calendar in a popup, so you can pick a new lesson time.
The teacher's weekly availability calendar shows available and booked time slots in different colours. Scroll through the calendar to find an open slot in the current or upcoming weeks.
Click any available time slot on the calendar. A confirmation panel opens showing the chosen date and time before you commit to the change.
Review the new date and time shown in the confirmation panel. Stop here — do not click the Confirm button. Clicking it would finalise the reschedule and send a notification to the teacher.
