A walkthrough of opening the learner lessons dashboard, finding a scheduled lesson with a Cancel button, opening the cancellation form, reviewing the refund policy and reason field, and stopping before the cancellation is confirmed.
Open your browser and navigate to kuttab.com, then sign in to your learner account and open the lessons dashboard to see your upcoming scheduled lessons.
Review your upcoming lessons list and find a scheduled lesson that shows the Cancel button. Open the More actions menu on the lesson card to find it if it is not already visible.
Click the Cancel button to open the cancellation form. The form shows the lesson details and may display refund information based on the cancellation policy.
Review the cancellation details shown in the form, including any applicable refund information and the optional reason field, before deciding to proceed.
Review the confirm button at the bottom of the form. Stop here — do not click it. Clicking the button would immediately cancel the lesson and trigger notifications to the teacher.
