A walkthrough for a learner who wants to review their purchase history: opening the My Orders page, filtering orders by type and date range, reviewing the order summary table with amounts and payment status, and opening an order detail to see individual items and the payment method.
Sign in to kuttab.com with your learner account. Open the My Orders page from the dashboard navigation. The page lists all your past purchases — lessons booked, courses bought, and group classes enrolled — sorted newest first.
Click the Search button at the top right to expand the filter panel. Use the Type dropdown to show only Lesson, Group Class, Course, or Package orders. Set the From Date and To Date fields to narrow results to a specific period. Type an order ID or keyword in the search box to find a specific purchase. Click Search to apply the filters or Reset to clear them.
Each order row shows the order ID, order type, number of items purchased, the original total, any discount applied, and the final net amount charged. The Payment Method column shows how you paid — card, wallet, or bank transfer. The Payment Status shows whether the order has been paid or is still pending. The Status column shows whether the order is complete, cancelled, or in process.
Click the View Detail button on any order row to expand the inline detail panel. The panel shows each item in the order — lesson slots, class sessions, or course modules — with individual prices and scheduled times. If you paid by bank transfer and the payment is still pending, a Submit Detail link appears so you can upload your payment proof.
