A walkthrough for an academy manager who needs to review or change their subscription: opening the Manage Academy page, reviewing the current plan and feature comparison grid, understanding how to upgrade or switch plans, and knowing how to close or reopen the academy when needed.
Sign in to kuttab.com as an academy manager. Navigate to the Manage Academy page from the Academy Settings Billing tab, or open it directly from the academy dashboard navigation. The page shows your current subscription status and the full plan comparison grid.
The subscription section lists all available academy plans side by side. Your active plan is highlighted with a blue border and a Current Plan badge. Each card shows the monthly price, the renewal date for your active plan, and a feature checklist so you can compare what is included at each tier.
Each non-active plan card shows an action button to switch to that plan. Moving from Freemium or Starter to Professional is an upgrade — the new billing cycle starts immediately and the higher feature set activates at once. Moving from Professional to Starter is a downgrade that takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Close Now button on your current plan card suspends the academy immediately. No new students can enrol, but existing lessons and classes are not cancelled. A closed academy can be reopened at any time using the Reopen Now button, which may require settling any outstanding balance before the academy goes live again.
