Group Class
A walkthrough of opening the Classes dashboard, finding an upcoming class in the Upcoming tab, opening the class detail page, reviewing the Join Class button that appears when the class is about to start, and understanding where the End Class button appears once you are in the classroom.
Sign in to your teacher dashboard and open Classes from the navigation menu. The Upcoming tab lists your scheduled classes. Each card shows the class title, the enrolled learner, the scheduled time, and an Enter Classroom button.
Click Enter Classroom on any upcoming class card to open the class detail page. The page shows the class title, the enrolled learner name and avatar, and the full date and time of the session. All class actions are available from this page.
The class detail page shows the title, enrolled learner, and the full date and time of the session. If the class is more than ten minutes away, a countdown timer shows how long until it begins. Once you are within ten minutes of the start time, the timer is replaced by a Join button.
Ten minutes before the scheduled start time the countdown is replaced by a Join Class button. Click it to enter the classroom — your meeting platform opens automatically. If Zoom is configured it opens in the app or browser. Do not click the button during this recording.
The right-hand side of the class detail page shows action buttons that change with the class status. Once you have joined and the session is active, an End Class button appears in that area. Click it to end the session — the class is then marked as completed.
