A walkthrough of opening the Classes dashboard, finding a scheduled class in the Upcoming list, clicking the Cancel button to open the cancellation form, entering a reason for the cancellation, and reviewing the Submit button before confirming — noting that cancellation triggers a full refund to any enrolled learners.
Sign in to your teacher dashboard and open Classes from the navigation menu. The page shows your Upcoming classes. Locate the scheduled class you need to cancel — it will have a Cancel button next to it.
Click the Cancel button next to the class. A cancellation form opens in a small overlay showing the class details. If you have enrolled learners, the form also shows the refund policy — teachers cancelling a class trigger a 100% refund to all enrolled students.
The Comments field is required — type a clear reason for the cancellation. Enrolled learners will see this message in their cancellation notification, so include enough detail for them to understand what happened.
Once the reason is filled in, the Submit button becomes active. Stop here — clicking Submit cancels the class immediately, marks it as cancelled, triggers a full refund to all enrolled learners, and sends cancellation notifications. This action cannot be undone.
