A walkthrough for an academy manager who needs to add a teacher to their academy: opening the Academy Teachers page, clicking Add Teacher to open the invitation form, filling in the teacher name, email, gender, and phone number, setting their country and time zone, adding an optional note, and sending the invitation.
Sign in to kuttab.com as an academy manager and open the Academy Teachers page from the academy navigation. The page lists all current teacher members of your academy. Click the Add Teacher button at the top to open the teacher invitation form.
The invitation form collects the teacher full name and email address. If the email belongs to an existing Kuttab teacher account the invitation is sent directly. If not, the teacher receives an email to sign up and join your academy. Enter their gender and phone number so the academy roster has complete contact details.
Select the teacher country and time zone from the dropdowns. The time zone is used to synchronise lesson scheduling between the teacher and students. If you are inviting a teacher who already has a Kuttab account these fields are pre-filled from their existing profile.
Use the notes field to record any internal context about this teacher — for example the subjects they will cover or the classes they are being assigned to. When everything is filled in, click Send Invitation. The teacher receives an email with a link to accept and join your academy.
