Parent Agreement – Al-Noor Academy 2026–2027
As part of registering my child at Al-Noor Academy of Denver, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the following policies:
- Attendance & Punctuality – I will ensure my child attends regularly, arrives on time, and follow the school’s absence policy.
- Dress & Conduct – I will support the school’s Islamic dress code and conduct standards.
- Electronics – I understand that cell phones and devices are restricted and must be submitted at the start of the day and not to be used by my child/ren during the school day.
- Tuition & Fees – I agree to pay tuition and fees on time, and I understand the refund policy.
- Safety & Pick-Up – I will follow all drop-off/pick-up policies and understand late pick-up fees may apply.
- Media Release – I give permission for my child to be photographed or recorded during school activities and events. Such media may be used for educational and promotional purposes in line with Islamic values.
- Parent Partnership – I agree to support my child’s learning at home and address concerns respectfully through the proper channels.

إتفاقية ولي الأمر – أكاديمية النور 2025–2026
كجزء من تسجيل ابني/ابنتي في أكاديمية النور بمدينة دنفر، أؤكد أنني قد قرأت وفهمت وأوافق على السياسات التالية:
- الحضور والانضباط – أتعهد بضمان حضور ابني/ابنتي بانتظام ووصوله/وصولها في الوقت المحدد، والالتزام بسياسة الغياب الخاصة بالمدرسة.
- اللباس والسلوك – أوافق على التزام ابني/ابنتي بآداب اللباس الإسلامي وقواعد السلوك في المدرسة.
- الأجهزة الإلكترونية – أفهم أن الهواتف والأجهزة الإلكترونية مقيدة ويجب تسليمها إلى الإدارة في بداية اليوم الدراسي.
- الرسوم الدراسية – أتعهد بدفع الرسوم الدراسية والرسوم الأخرى في وقتها وأفهم سياسة الاسترداد.
- السلامة والاستلام – ألتزم بسياسات دخول وخروج الطلاب، وأفهم أن رسوم إضافية قد تُفرض عند التأخر في استلام الطالب/ة.
- استخدام الوسائط – أوافق على تصوير ابني/ابنتي أثناء الأنشطة والفعاليات المدرسية، وأدرك أن الصور أو الفيديوهات قد تُستخدم لأغراض تعليمية وإعلانية تتماشى مع القيم الإسلامية.
- شراكة ولي الأمر – أتعهد بدعم تعلم ابني/ابنتي في المنزل ومعالجة أي ملاحظات أو شكاوى باحترام وفق القنوات الرسمية المحددة.
