A walkthrough of opening the Courses dashboard, clicking Add New Course, entering the course title and subtitle, selecting the category, teaching language and level, and reviewing the Save & Next button before moving to the next wizard step.
Sign in to your teacher dashboard and open Courses from the navigation menu. Click the Add New Course button in the top-right corner to open the course creation wizard.
Type a clear course title — keep it under 80 characters. Then add a subtitle that gives more context about who the course is for and what they will learn. The subtitle appears on the public course card so make it descriptive.
Choose the category that best fits your course. Once you select a category, a subcategory dropdown appears — select the most specific match. Then choose the teaching language and the course level such as Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced. These settings help students find your course in search.
The Description field uses a rich text editor — write a clear summary of what students will learn, who the course is for, and any prerequisites. Once all required fields are filled, the Save & Next button becomes active. Stop here — clicking it saves the course as a draft and opens the Intended Learners step.
