my name is Ibrahim Saber. I am a graduate of the Faculty of Languages and Translation, German Department. I have a strong academic background in German language, literature, and translation studies.

In addition to my academic qualifications, I have several years of professional experience in customer service and communication. I have worked with international companies such as Vodafone Germany, Amazon, and DanCenter, where I supported customers in German and English through phone, email, and chat.

I also work as a German language instructor. I teach German language skills, including speaking, grammar, vocabulary, and exam preparation. I focus on helping students build confidence and improve their communication abilities in real-life situations.

I speak Arabic as my native language, and I am fluent in German h. I enjoy working in multicultural environments and communicating with people from different backgrounds.
