🕌 Learn to Recite the Qur'an Correctly and Confidently, with a Certified Ijazah Holder
Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh!
I'm Ali from Egypt, a graduate of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Al-Azhar University, a Qur'an memorizer, and a certified Qur'an teacher. I teach students around the world, in clear English, how to recite with accuracy and ease.
📖 My Qualifications
I hold an Ijazah in the Holy Qur'an with a connected chain of transmission (Sanad) reaching the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, where I am the 31st link in the chain.
My Ijazah covers the recitations of:
• Nafi' al-Madani (Qalun, Warsh)
• Ibn Kathir al-Makki (al-Bazzi, Qunbul)
• Ibn 'Amir al-Shami (Hisham, Ibn Dhakwan)
• Asim al-Kufi (Shu'bah, Hafs)
• Hamzah al-Kufi (Khalaf, Khallad)
• Al-Kisa'i al-Kufi (Abu al-Harith, al-Duri)
• Abu Ja'far al-Madani (Ibn Wardan, Ibn Jammaz)
• Khalaf al-'Ashir al-Baghdadi (Ishaq, Idris)
🎯 What You Will Learn
✅ Read the Qur'an correctly, from the letters to fluent recitation
✅ Understand Tajweed rules through simple explanations and examples (including Noon Sakinah and Tanween)
✅ Perfect the Arabic letter sounds and Makharij
✅ Memorize new Surahs and keep your previous memorization strong
✅ Gain confidence through regular practice and honest feedback
💡 How I Teach
Every lesson is in clear English, with live correction of your pronunciation as you recite. I explain each rule, then we apply it right away in the verses. After each lesson you'll receive a short summary of what we covered and what to practice before the next one.
Whether you're a complete beginner, an adult refining your recitation, a non-Arabic speaker, or a parent looking for a patient teacher for your child, we'll build a plan around your level and goals.
🌟 Book Your Trial Lesson
In the trial lesson, I'll assess your current recitation, identify what to work on first, and give you a clear learning plan. No pressure, just a clear starting point, insha'Allah.
