Abu al-Husayn Ahmad ibn Abdullah ibn al-Khadir of Baghdad, known as Ibn al-Susanjirdi, was a trustworthy Qur'an reader and hadith narrator living near Bab al-Sham in Baghdad. Born in 325 AH, he read the Qur'an in Khalaf's choice with Ibn Abi Umar al-Naqqash. Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Ali al-Khayyat studied with him; he died in Baghdad in Rajab 402 AH.
