شعيب بن أيوب بن رزيق بتقديم الراء أبو بكر ويقال أبو أيوب الصريفيني مقرئ ضابط موثق عالم، أخذ القراءة عرضًا وسماعًا و يحيى بن آدم أثبته الداني، روى القراءة عنه محمد بن عون و أحمد بن يوسف القافلاني و يوسف بن يعقوب الواسطي و أحمد بن سعيد الضرير وسمع منه الروف إبراهيم بن عرفة نفطويه، مات بواسط سنة إحدى وستين ومائتين.
