Watch Full Video

A walkthrough of the My Students page for teachers on Kuttab: opening the student list, searching for a specific student, reviewing a student card with lesson and class details, setting a custom offer price, adding a private note, and issuing a completion certificate.

1

Open My Students

Sign in to your teacher dashboard on Kuttab and select My Students from the navigation menu. The page automatically loads your full student list — every learner you have made a lesson or class offer to. Each card shows the student's name, the number of lessons and classes they have, and any custom discounts you have applied.

2

Search for a student

Click the Search button at the top right to expand the search panel. Type a student's name or keyword into the search box and click Search to filter the list to matching students. Click Reset to clear the filter and show all your students again.

3

Review a student card

Each student card shows the student's name, the number of lessons and classes they have available, and any custom discount percentages you have set for lesson durations, class durations, and course packages. Click the Issue Certificate button or open the More menu on any card to take action.

4

Set a custom offer price

Open the More menu on a student card and choose Offer Price. A form appears with sections for lesson discounts, class discounts, and a course package discount. Enter a percentage in the discount fields — the discounted price is calculated and shown in real time. Click Save to apply the custom pricing for this student.

5

Add a private note about a student

Open the More menu on a student card and choose Add / Edit Notes. A text area appears where you can write a private note about this student — notes are only visible to you. If a note already exists for a student, a note icon appears next to their name on the card. Click Save to store the note.

6

Issue a certificate to a student

Click the Issue Certificate button on a student card to open the certificate form. Select a certificate template, enter the student's name as it should appear on the certificate, and fill in the subject or course name. Submit the form to generate a PDF certificate and email it directly to the student.
