A walkthrough of the learner Account Settings section on Kuttab: updating your personal information including display name, phone number, country, and timezone; uploading a profile photo; changing your password or email address; and managing your account documents and privacy preferences.
Sign in to your learner dashboard on Kuttab and navigate to Account Settings. The settings page opens on the Personal Info tab, which lets you update your display name, contact details, country, and timezone. The left sidebar lists all available settings sections including Password, My Account, and more.
The Personal Info tab lets you set your display name, gender, phone number, country, timezone, and notification language. Update the fields you want to change and click Save to apply your changes. Your name appears across lessons, classes, and messages, so keeping it accurate helps teachers and classmates recognise you.
Your profile photo is also on the Personal Info tab — scroll to the top of the form to find the photo upload area. Click the upload button to browse for an image, or click the existing photo to replace it. Your photo appears in your lesson bookings, class enrollments, and messages so teachers can easily recognise you.
Navigate to the Password / Email tab to update your sign-in credentials. Select the Password sub-tab to enter your current password and set a new one, or switch to the Email sub-tab to change the email address linked to your account. Both changes require your current password for security.
The My Account tab lets you upload a government-issued identity document for platform verification. Choose the document type from the dropdown and attach your file. This tab also gives you access to Cookie Consent settings, Marketing Email Preferences, and the option to delete your account if needed.
