Abd al-Fattah ibn Madkur ibn Muhammad ibn Bayyumi was an Egyptian reader from Abu al-Numrus, Giza. He memorised the Qur'an with his uncle Hasan Bayyumi and read Hafs with Ali Muhammad al-Dabba', and also with Uthman Murad and Abd al-Hamid Ghali. He headed the recitation circle of the Sharif Mosque in Manial, advised on Qur'an affairs in Giza, and taught for a time in California.
