A walkthrough of opening the My Courses dashboard, finding a course with a Cancel button, opening the cancellation form, entering a reason, and stopping before submitting — noting that submitting permanently cancels the enrollment.
Open your browser and navigate to kuttab.com, sign in to your learner account, then open My Courses from the dashboard.
Course enrollments that are still within the refund window show a Cancel button. The button is only available for a limited number of days after purchase.
Click the Cancel button to open the cancellation form. The form asks you to enter a reason for your cancellation request.
Type your reason for cancelling in the comments field. A minimum of 10 characters is required. The reason is sent to the admin who reviews refund requests.
Review the Submit button at the bottom of the form. Stop here — do not click it. Submitting this form sends a cancellation request to the admin and permanently cancels your enrollment.
