Además de mis cualificaciones académicas, tengo varios años de experiencia profesional en atención al cliente y comunicación. He trabajado con empresas internacionales como Vodafone Germany, Amazon y DanCenter, donde atendí a clientes en alemán e inglés por teléfono, correo electrónico y chat.
También trabajo como profesor de alemán. Enseño competencias del idioma alemán, incluyendo expresión oral, gramática, vocabulario y preparación de exámenes. Me enfoco en ayudar a los estudiantes a ganar confianza y mejorar sus habilidades de comunicación en situaciones de la vida real.

In addition to my academic qualifications, I have several years of professional experience in customer service and communication. I have worked with international companies such as Vodafone Germany, Amazon, and DanCenter, where I supported customers in German and English through phone, email, and chat.
I also work as a German language instructor. I teach German language skills, including speaking, grammar, vocabulary, and exam preparation. I focus on helping students build confidence and improve their communication abilities in real-life situations.
I speak Arabic as my native language, and I am fluent in German h. I enjoy working in multicultural environments and communicating with people from different backgrounds.
