How to view and manage your certificates on Kuttab

Watch Full Video

A walkthrough for a learner who wants to review their certificates: opening the My Certificates page, reviewing issued and course completion certificates, viewing a certificate to see its content and share it, and understanding how course completion certificates are generated after finishing a course.

1

Open the My Certificates page

Sign in to kuttab.com with your learner account. Open the My Certificates page from the dashboard account navigation. The page lists all certificates you have received — whether issued by a teacher after completing a lesson programme, or generated automatically when you finish a course.

2

Review your certificates

Each certificate row shows the issue date, the certificate name or template, the subject or course it was issued for, and the name of the teacher or tutor who issued it. Certificates are sorted newest first. Use the keyword search at the top to find a specific certificate by subject or course name.

3

View a certificate

Click the View button on any certificate row to open the certificate on its public page. The certificate page shows your name, the subject, the teacher name, and the issue date formatted as a printable document. You can copy the page URL and share it with anyone — no account is required to view it.

4

Course completion certificates

When you complete all lectures in a course that offers a certificate, a Generate Certificate button appears on the course progress page. Click it to create your personalised certificate — the platform generates a PDF and adds it to your My Certificates list automatically. Course certificates include your name, the course title, completion date, and the teacher signature.
